Childcare Prices / Fees
Below are the general costs for each of the different types
of childcare options we provide at Magical Memories Daycare. Each day, we
provide the children with a morning and afternoon snack, the parents are responsible
to send a lunch for the child. We understand that the needs of each family, as
well as the needs of the child, which may be different, so please inquire about the total cost of care at your enrollment consultation.
Non-refundable registration fee $150/-
(Age 0 To 36 months)
Full-time Childcare Program: 735.00/ Month, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri) (From Parents - Parent Portion: $200.00 per month)
Full-time Childcare Program: 702.00/ Month, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri) (From Parents - Parent Portion: 202.00 / Month)
(Age Kindergarten To 12 Years / Out of School Care)*
Before / After School Full-time Childcare Program: $635.00/month. 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Mon-Fri) ($ 100 School Pick and Drop)
(After CCFRI - Parent Portion: 490.00 / Month (NO Pick & Drop Fee - July & August ) (Pro D, Days Included)*

Extra Costs (if needed): If your child requires special attention, such as Tuition in 2 subjects, finishing school projects, ESL (English as Second Language), Special Needs.
ELL (English-Language Learners), potty training, there may be additional costs associated with their childcare needs, for example Special Needs. Please inquire and speak to a manager.
In British Columbia, families with children who have designated special needs requiring extra support can receive an additional $150 per month through the Special Needs Supplement, in addition to the Affordable Child Care Benefit. To qualify, you must first be approved for the standard child care subsidy and submit a specialized support needs form.
Key Details on the Support Need Supplement:
Amount: Up to $150 per month, depending on the child care provider's rate.
Eligibility: Children must have a designated special need requiring extra support.
Application Process: Parents must complete the Child Care Subsidy Special Needs form (CF2951) and submit it to the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).
Requirement: The child must be enrolled in a licensed child care facility to receive this funding.
Interaction with Benefits: The total combined amount of the subsidy and supplement cannot exceed the actual cost of child care.
Important Notes:
This supplement is part of the broader Affordable Child Care Benefit program.
Applications should be submitted online through My Family Services for faster processing.
If your child has a severe, long-term disability, you may also look into the federal Child Disability Benefit.
